"When we walked in the building an hour ago, it was dry and sunny skies," McMaster told about 50 law enforcement officials and others at a luncheon in Laurens. "But I promise you out there right now, it is raining perverts. They're all over the place. They're trying to get into your children. They're trying to find them, and they're coming in on the computers."
