Definitely Johnny Cash. The video he made for "Hurt" has a legitimate claim to being the most effective music video of all time.
I love the Muppets. Love love love them. Its a little sad to hear Kermit being voiced by somebody other than Jim Henson, but this video is still hilarious and really well done. All it needs is a little Waldorf and Statler at the end of it!
By "most effective music video of all time," do you mean it makes everyone who watches it cry? Cause if you do, I would definitely agree with that. Johnny Cash's version breaks my heart.
