there is a mcdonald's right across the street from my apartment. i wonder if they are aware of this? it sounds disgusting/epic. it's like the turducken of burgers
how much money would it take for you to eat one of these?
(and ew. i really need to move to a different neighborhood. one without mcdonalds)

The McGangBang is sooo 2008...these days anyone with a real McD's hankering goes for the McMessyOrgy. That's when you get a Big Mac and a 10 piece nuggets (with dipping sauce of your choice of course) blended into a McFlurry. Mmmmm I'n lovin' it.
That sounds even more amazing. Can the McFlurry be substituted for a Shamrock Shake, for holiday purposes?
