Today I tried Ethiopian food. I had a vegetarian sampler that included potatoes, beets, collard greens with cheese, ground chickpeas and spicy string beans. The boy had chicken with a curry paste. The food was very, very good. But the bread was... a little confusing. When I say that the bread was confusing, I'm trying to say that the bread was really phallic. I don't know how else to communicate that Ethiopian Bread, when rolled up, looks like a big scary you-know-what.

This is what the bread is supposed to look like. But ours did not look like that.
