i think i will be able to handle the half marathon (13 miles) on november 23. i know i can handle the 8k, but i think i'd rather go for the half. we shall see.
My training is going well. I did 17.5 miles in Portland last weekend and it was great (though difficult - very hilly). I feel pretty confident about the marathon, but there's still work to be done.
You should consider the Pgh marathon in May! Lidji is doing it with me - Cunningham and Corey might do the half.

i didn't know they were bringing the pittsburgh marathon back. thats awesome! i would love to do it. i want to stick with the half marathon for a few races before i head to the big leagues. so pittsburgh is perfect for that!
